The Executive Chef carefully designs the most delicious of dishes selected from local Caribbean cuisine to well-known international dishes (including vegetarian options).

The Market Garden

The East Winds Kitchen Garden was established in 2017 to stabilise the supply of organise fresh fruit and vegetables to the kitchen. The hotel rotates its crops through the year to supply the kitchen with fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables for guests and staff enjoyment. It is a wonderful opportunity for guests to visit a garden full of locally grown food and see the traditional farming methods used in St Lucia.

The Philosophy behind the East Winds Garden Spa is to stay at one with nature. In the beautiful and ancient tropical garden, the hotel grows many medicinal plants and herbs. At East Winds, we care about the environment and avoid using any harsh chemicals on your skin, preferring instead to focus on natural organic treatments using ingredients from the environment around us to relax, rejuvenate and energise you.
